**Administrator**

Our client, a leading private wellness clinic in West London are looking for an Administrator to join them due to expansion

This is an amazing opportunity to enter the private healthcare industry

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Booking, amending and cancelling appointments
- Maintaining the clinics filing system
- Ordering supplies when needed
- Working well as part of a team
- Entering data onto the inhouse system
- Show empathy towards the patient’s needs and deal with sensitive issues using tact and diplomacy skills at all times.
- Ensure sufficient reception and administrative cover at all times
- Ensure reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide an efficient appointment booking service to patients/carers with appropriate recording of information
- Send appointment letters and other correspondence to patients and referrers

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A clear speaking telephone manner
- Accurate data entry skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have good people skills and be able to work well as part of a team, as well an individual sometimes un-supervised
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Ability to identify patients needs experience would be a strong advantage

**Experience in a similar role within healthcare would be a strong advantage**
