Band 5 dietitian in CAMHS
Temporary Post
- 11 months, 37.5 hours per week (secondment possible with agreement from line manager; we are open to part-time applicants and consideration of job-share).

**Base**: CAMHS Links Unit, City Hospital, Aberdeen.

A Band 5 dietitian is sought to join the Child and Adolescent Health Service to work with children and young people aged 0-18 years in an outpatient setting. The dietitian will provide dietetic care to children and young people with mental health issues and complex needs. The dietitian will work with patients, care providers and families to support the nutritional wellbeing of patients. You will help us to provide a quality and safe service to patients referred for dietetic assessment and treatment from across the NHS Grampian area. There will be opportunities to contribute to service improvement.

The CAMHS AHP team has increased in staffing and has a good skill mix offering a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience.

You will require to be HCPC registered. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and enjoys being part of an enthusiastic team.
Training and support for your professional development will be provided and we are committed to regular supervision to support good practice.
Please note that there may be a requirement to travel as part of this post so a car driver and access to a car is essential for this post.
