**Location: Watford**

**Hours**:Mon - Fri 2 shift patterns - 6.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 10.00pm

This opportunity would suit a talented Warehouse professional who is driven, ambitious and keen to progress to management

Our Client who are a market leading retailer are seeking an efficient competent, professional Warehouse Supervisor who is incredibly hand on and enjoys a fast paced environment.

Experience working within strict guidelines and tight timeframes is essential.

The main purpose of this role is to support the end to end warehouse function from goods in to dispatch. Our client are expecting a very high standard of work to be delivered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing a team of 15, ensuring all demands of the warehouse are fulfilled
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods and completion of associated documentation
- Placing incoming stock items into their storage locations and recording the location on Inventory Control system
- Picking and assembling Finished Product orders for dispatch
- Managing entire dispatch process to strict deadlines
- Ensuring team are working within strict safety regulations and stringent processes

Experience and skills:

- Leading a team to meet the demands of a busy warehouse
- Promote safety and productivity
- Impeccable attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Hands on in both goods in and dispatch
- Professional, committed and lead by example
