**What will you be doing?**

**What are your duties and responsibilities**
- Work closely with the commercial team to identify and prioritise target accounts and prospects
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects
- Reach out to prospects to introduce the company’s offerings and schedule appointments for the Commercial team
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and determining if they meet the company’s criteria for a potential customer
- Clean and update data regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance for effective lead generation
- Analyse lead generation metrics and performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and quantity of appointments booked for the commercial team

**Skills and attributes**

We are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple and compelling terms
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with prospects, customers, and colleagues
- Tenacity and resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in pursuit of goals
- Proficiency in using a CRM and lead generation tools and techniques, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Positive attitude and growth mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- Happy to be self-motivated, and results orientated

and has experience of:

- lead generation or sales (1-3 years of relevant experience is preferable, although if you’ve got the right drive and ambition, we’d love to hear from you)
- Working in a target driven environment.

**Benefits**
- Salary Up to £20,000 - £30,000 + OTE (£25-35k)_

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
