**Role Overview**: As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall success of our Halifax location. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Leadership and Guidance**: Provide guidance and support to other supervisors and team members.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Staff Training**: Assist in training new team members and ensuring consistent performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee stock control and inventory organisation.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- **Retail Experience**: Significant experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to handle varying shifts and business demands.
