Glue Operator

Salary - £30,000 - £37,000 (Based on skill and experience)
- 4 day working week (40 hours per week on double rotation)
- 27 Days holiday including bank holidays
- Excelled progression system

Gluing Operator Skills:

- Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate
- Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment
- Good communication skills
- Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
- Ensuring the companies quality standards are maintained
- Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
- Enthusiasm and determination to excel

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Ives, Cambridgeshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Upholstery: 1 year (preferred)
