Trainee Administrator

I am working on a great opportunity to join a growing business in Leeming Bar as they are looking to recruit for a Junior/Trainee Administrator who will be based within the Supply Chain team.

Duties will include:

- To provide support to the full supply chain team in the form of administration duties where applicable.
- Carry out data entry on both Excel and a bespoke ERP systems
- Accurately and work to deadlines where set.
- Actively work with both planning and procurement functions to deliver administration support.
- To ensure the factory has the correct amounts of Packaging & Raw Materials in relevant lead times for the manufacturing process of any given product.
- Work within relevant supplier lead times to ensure purchase orders are raised in the correct time frame.
- Communicate accordingly where issues arise in supply of packaging and raw materials which impacts planning and ultimately production.

Skills and Qualifications:

- GSCE grade C in Maths and English
- Communication - ability to pick up the phone and have confidence when speaking to suppliers or internal customers.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point - ability to generate graphs from recording data
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at speed and cope under pressure in a fast paced environment
