Salter Grange are working with an interior and refurbishment contractor, that operate across residential, hospitality, commercial, and retail sectors. Site-based role working on projects across Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commercial management of all aspects of projects.
- Preparing documentation for sub-contractors to price; obtaining and reviewing quotes.
- Review, analysis, negotiation and procurement of sub-contract packages.
- Analysing, pricing and control of changes and variations.
- Cost control reporting and risk management.
- Communicating with all parties on technical and pricing matters to ensure compliance and economic benefits to the company.
- Establish and enhance professional working relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
- Working closely as part of a team to successfully deliver projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying / Commercial role.
- Fitout experience preferrable - Commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- IT skills, proactive attitude and strong time management.
- Demonstrated history of managing and completing significant value fitout projects, from start to completion.

**Salary**: £75,000.00-£85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
