This is a great opportunity to build your foundation and give yourself the experience of working for one of the UK's biggest health care providers, supporting the recruitment team with providing the business a smooth recruitment process.

This role requires you to be in office on a flexible hybrid basis, Monday - Friday (9AM-5PM) and would suit someone who is immediately available. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the recruitment team to handle the compliance and vetting procedures in line with company policies and regulations
- Liaising with new starters to obtain required documentation and progress updates
- Maintenance and update ATS systems
- Regular communication with internal stakeholders

**What we need from you**:

- Previous administration experience within a recruitment setting
- Demonstrable knowledge or experience in using HR systems
- Ability to work to high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can prioritise workload
- Ability to work towards KPI's and targets
- Holds resilience
- Has a positive attitude
- Confident using IT and ATS systems
- Time management skills
