Looking for a role to fit around your other commitments? We're seeking friendly, reliable Care Assistants to join our fabulous, award-winning local company
We care for our wonderful clients in their own homes from around 7:00am until 10pm seven days a week. We're looking for team members who can cover 15 - 25 hours of calls per week to fit within this time frame, including alternate weekends.
Nearly all our calls are minimum one hour, but some can be longer, as we like to ensure we have the time to really help our clients and to not rush through the care we give them.
We recognise that the happier our team are, the happier our clients are; we offer regular calls, set clients that you get to know really well and enjoy being with, and a family-feel, really supportive office team who are always there for you.

- From £12 per hour, week days (daytime).
- From £13.80 per hour, evenings & weekends.
- £18-£24 per hour bank holidays.
- Paid holiday (28 days pro-rata).
- 35p per mile mileage, between client homes.

Our clients are based in Wokingham, Winnersh, Shinfield, Woodley, Twyford and surrounding areas, so its ideal if you live within easy reach of these.
We give you first class (paid) training and constant support, to help you deliver the highest quality care and support to the clients you visit.,
If you've worked in home care before we are sure you'll appreciate the Right at Home approach, but don't worry if you don't have previous work experience in a care role, it's a caring attitude that counts.
- **Duties include**_
Motivating clients to get the most out of their day; companionship; personal care; assisting clients with washing and dressing; administering medication; shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation; and taking clients for appointments or outings.
- **Requirements of the role**_
- Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Genuine passion to want to help others.
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and a flair for care.
- Live within 10 miles of Wokingham, as the role involves visiting clients in their own homes in the Wokingham, Twyford, Woodley, Earley and Winnersh areas.
