**The role**:
We have an opportunity for a full time Receptionist / Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is varied and busy, suiting an individual who thrives on organisation, who is proactive and enjoys getting things done

This role supports our whole team however your main day to day responsibilities will include:

- Answer telephone calls, take messages and distribute calls/messages to wider team.
- Receive visitors, provide visitor refreshments
- Receive enquiries, enter onto our StruMIS Management Software
- Monitor & follow-up customer enquiries obtaining feedback & assist in securing new orders
- Receive and enter project details onto our StruMIS Management Software
- Assist with pricing enquiries where required
- Track planning registers and generate new leads
- Monitor and Maintain the Health & Safety file generally
- Assist our SHEQ Co-Ordinator in the administration and filing of documentation
- Develop and prepare forms and signage to meet business need
- Monitor and manage use of meeting rooms
- Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, distribute as required
- General administrative duties as instructed by company directors and line managers.
