Recruitment Trainer

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of our learning and development programmes and initiatives across the business.

This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone looking to take their first step into a training role. You will be responsible for ensuring new hires get off to the very best start with Understanding and you will play a key role in their pre-boarding and onboarding.

**Key Responsibilities**:
***Supporting all activities related to learning and development, including:

- Lead training sessions with impact, utilising recent examples from across the business to bring theory to life
- Ensure a first-class onboarding experience for joiners at every level
- Proactively spot trends, gaps and issues across the sales floor and report back to the Head of L&D
- Managing our mentoring programme.
- Enable the L&D team to be at the forefront of L&D and recruitment trends through regular research and learning which is then shared with the L&D team
- Research, review & create new training content, in line with our guidelines

**What we're looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience required
- Excellent communication and presenting skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and work independently.
- Attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
- Previous training experience not required

**Salary**:£35,000 - £45,000 + amazing benefits
