Blind Trader (Carpet Trader (Bicester) Limited) is a family run, Independent Business who’s ongoing success and rapidly increasing number of new and repeat customers has resulted in the requirement for a Management position for a Blind Fitter to join our friendly and experienced installation team.

**The Role**
- To manage the day to day operations of the business, you will be responsible for hitting targets and profit margins, managing our blind fitters in their day to day roles and trouble shooting and rectifying any issues that may arise.
- You will work closely with our Head of Sales & Operations to ensure targets are met consistently, as well as our Marketing Manager to come up with promotional offers and marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- To attend our customer's home and/or business addresses to measure and/or install Blinds, Curtains, Shutters & Awnings.
- Being able to confidently discuss products, specification and suitability in store and on site to ensure we are providing a product that meets with the customers personal requirements.
- Work constructively and efficiently on your own and within the Blind Trader team to ensure we are consistently exceeding our customers expectations and providing and outstanding level of customer service.
- To management of stock levels within your work vehicle and the warehouse as well as assisting in the general operations of the showroom when required.
**What Are We Looking For?**
- Previous management experience would be beneficial.
- Outstanding customer service and communications skills as well as a keen eye for detail.
- You must be well presented and observe excellent time keeping.
- Dynamic leader with a pro-active attitude.
Full Time, Permanent Position, 5 days a week, Hours: 0730hrs-1630hrs (07:30am-4:30pm)
