**As part of the Sensory Impairment Officer HI/VI role you will**:

- Meet and support service users by undertaking comprehensive assessments to identify the options available to meet their needs and develop person-centered support plans linked to outcomes.
- Manage own case load and undertaking case recording
- Provide professional/appropriate advice and assistance to the service users and when required signpost them to other services.

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Experience in working with people with a sensory impairment.
- Experience in delivering Information, Advice and Guidance and providing equipment for Sensory needs.
- Excellent team working skills

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £21,867.00 per year
