**The Role...**
Soho Works Membership Administrator Is responsible for providing fast solutions to our members and potential members at Soho Works. The Soho Works Membership Administrator Is responsible for the day to day running of membership enquiries, chasing membership payments and providing support to the larger Soho Works team. Member set up.
**Main Responsibilities...**
- Providing information to prospective members about our membership offering and sign-up processes.
- Responsibility for amending, cancelling, transferring and upgrading memberships, ensuring compliance with the appropriate Terms & Conditions.
- Use our Salesforce and Nexudus database to create, look up and update records for current and potential members.
- Resolving any Issues members are having, and knowing points of escalation
- Completing general membership administration tasks. Such tasks include but not limited to answering member queries, sending out weekly dashboards, setting up member contracts and chasing payments.
- Supporting onsite teams with any queries about membership
- Making sure that members feel that their questions are being answered
- Any ad-hoc projects given by Soho Works Director or Membership Systems manager

- Have experience of working in a customer facing role
- The ability to confidently communicate in both spoken and written English
- Are an excellent problem solver
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong team player, with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Comfortable with Independent working
- Are highly motivated, adaptable and have great attention to detail
- Are resilient and happy to deal with complaints through to resolution
- Are great at learning new systems
- Experience using Salesforce Console and Nexudus is advantageous
