Technical Supervisor

**Job Duties**:

- Empower the Technical Manager with accreditation and quality support
- Drive collaboration between production, contracting, and sales for efficient mix designs
- Lead and manage lab/site staff, ensuring precise reporting
- Demonstrate excellence during internal and external audits
- Monitor material production and tackle challenges with innovative solutions

**Essential Criteria**:

- A-Level education or equivalent
- 3+ years of proven supervisory success in the construction industry
- Expertise in accreditation standards (BS, ISO, NRA)
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A valid driving license for fulfilling duties

**Role-Specific Skills/Knowledge**:

- Problem analysis, compliance, stress tolerance, interpersonal skills, detail handling, planning and organising, and maintaining high work standards.
