Due to expansion, we are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant/Credit Control to join our team.

Main duties
- Reducing debtor days
- Managing sales ledger
- Preparing monthly reports including VAT and ONS

General duties
- Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries including providing quotes and invoices
- General filing and updating of internal databases.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and customer contracts
- Providing accurate information to staff on and off site
- Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
- Processing customer payments
- Maintaining office supplies
- Managing purchase ledger

Essential Skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Proven Sage experience
- Proven credit control experience
- Experience in similar office environment

Desirable Skills
- Experience managing vehicle accounts
- Contract management
- Excel skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
