Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a Catering supervisor to cover 6 months temporary working for one of our clients in the NHS with a view to a permanent contract for the right person. You will be based in one location but may be required to work at other surrounding hospitalswhen needed.

You will supervise the Catering & Hospitality teams in the daily service of patient meals. Monitoring daily processes of meals. Supervising a team and ensuring all areas are covered at all times and planning staff rota's.

**You need**:
Flexible attitude as role may require changes due to the nature of day to day schedule and requirements

Excellent communication and experience of working with the public

Good Organisational skills

**Shifts**:
4 days over 7 days working on a rota covering early and late shifts Weekends and Bank Holidays
