**Holiday Park Assistant**

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly individual to join our team at our Lomond Woods Holiday Park as our Holiday Park Assistant. The position will be a minimum of 20 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential in this role due to the nature of the business. More hours may be available during peak times.

**Requirements of Holiday Park Assistant**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience of working in hospitality would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous Housekeeping experience
- Professional manner
- Ability to multitask
- Competent in IT
- Flexible on working hours

**Responsibilities of Holiday Park Assistant**:

- Guest relations, providing exceptional customer service as part of the reception team
- Dealing with guest queries in a timely manner
- Completing guest check-ins and administration duties
- Liaising with the housekeeping team when guests check out
- Support the housekeeping team, cleaning accommodation and facilities to the highest standard as well as completing laundry duties (these will be the main duties from November to March).

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour rising to £12 per hour 1.3.24 *In line with Real Living Wage
