**Job Description** Role**: Talent Acquisition Partner

**Location**:Warrington. We offer a mixture of hybrid working, this role will require regular travel to site

**Employment Type**:Permanent, Full Time

Here at Gousto we have an exciting oppurtunity in the form of a Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead for Operations, you’ll be responsible for high volume recruitment for our volume weekly paid roles.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with hiring teams, to establish effective recruiting strategies for volume recruitment
- Own, coordinate and run assessment centres on site, being the positive face of Gousto Talent Acquisition
- Develop consistent, exciting and Gousto-tone job adverts from job descriptions
- With support; utilise data across the recruiting lifecycle in the form of Talent Insights / research, ATS / performance metrics, and reporting / analytics to inform strategies and conversations, in particular contributing to managing status against hiring plans
- Where possible help us innovate and improve processes / experiences for high volume recruitment
- Live Gousto’s Ownership Principles and culture day-to-day at work, in particular ‘Be Curious Learn and Grow, helping us strive to be better Engage with Gousto’s employer brand, delivering content and campaigns to market, attending events to build our networks and partnerships

**Qualifications** Who you are**:

- Experience driving full lifecycle recruiting for high volume roles, ideally operations and fulfilment
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other cross functional teams to deliver smooth recruitment experiences and processes
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a changing environment; prioritising effectively to deliver for impact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being comfortable leading remote and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to learn new skills and make suggestions for improvement
- Someone who develops a good understanding of the bigger picture i.e. how Gousto functions / the business model hangs together, in order to become a more effective advisor
