About the role

As an Operations Centre Representative, you'll be working as part of a high performing, agile, flexible team, to deliver a high-quality service supporting the key functions within field engineering & operations. Supporting the business area with financial tracking, financial governance, operational support, and process improvement.

As part of an office-based team, you'll be working closely with other Field Engineering & Operations support teams, our partners and field teams to provide cost effective and efficient processes. Working to prioritize activity to meet health and safety requirements, budgets, and support growth plans across VMO2.

In order to be considered, you must have the following skills/experience:
- PC literate including Word, Excel and Outlook- Driven to deliver a first-class service to customers- Excellent communicator, with the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders and peers- Strong problem-solving ability- Effective time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet the challenging demands of the role

We'd also love you to bring:
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks/environment- Strong team player who will share the passion about the brand and customer- Represents the business in a professional manner both internally and externally
