They are ideally looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

**The successful Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered**:

- £19,000 basic salary
- £25,000 OTE
- Career progression
- Free parking

**Working hours**:
As a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week. 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday including every Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

**Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driver’s license with access to own car
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work well in a team
- Highly motivated and confident
- Passion for customer service and sales

**As a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve**:

- Arranging and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Property inspections
- Dealing with queries both on the phone and face-to-face
