Join our PHX Team in Blackpool and make a positive impact on the lives of our learners as a Tutor. We are searching for a passionate individual with relevant vocational qualifications to deliver to a diverse caseload of learners. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions, providing feedback, and operating within your experienced competencies.

**Job Role**:

- Serve as a Tutor to a cohort/caseload of learners, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging in-person sessions to learners, maintaining high standards with support from Quality.
- Create and support updates on resources and lesson plans, addressing individual and group needs.
- Assess and mark learners' work in adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Work towards agreed targets with support from the Manager.
- Actively promote PHX training courses to learners, supporting additional course interests.
- Tailor your teaching to ensure a consistent approach and support to all learners in every session.
- Support all learners in achieving actively pursued courses within the centre.
- Collaborate closely with the Blackpool team, Quality, and IQA team.

**Qualifications**:

- Recognized Teaching Qualification, PGCE, PTLLS, or Equivalent
- Assessors Qualification (A1, D32/33, TAQA, CAVA)
- Recent and relevant tutoring experience
- Experience in different competencies, including Employability, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and more would be advantageous.

**Salary for a Tutor**
- £23,500 - £30,000 per year, dependent on experience
- 37.5 hours a week
- Pension Scheme
- Travel paid at 0.40p per mile.

**Additional Information**
- PHX Training Induction and Shadowing within first 2 weeks

**This role will require an enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.**

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
