**Hours**: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am-1.30pm

**Overall mission**

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be part of a team at the centre of driving daily operations. The Assembly Planner role is customer focused, managing an end-to-end process from customer order receipt through to final, on time delivery.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Monitor and plan the daily customer order flow.
- Detailed planning for both short-term and long-term requirements
- Work closely with various teams to ensure a fluid end to end process, addressing and resolving issues that’s arise.
- Maintaining data in ERP system (Infor M3)
- Proactively review availability of material and resource to support plan completion, escalating risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Review sales enquiries and provide delivery dates based on material availability, capacity, and internal lead times.
- Driving continuous improvement across the business.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the UK planning team. You will preferably have 2 years planning experience in manufacturing or similar sector. You must be IT literate with experience using an ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

As an Assembly Planner you will engage with various stakeholders locally and globally and must have strong communication skills and be a team player. Being responsible for the planning of the manufacturing process, it is vital that you take pride in your work, have strong attention to detail and a positive approach to change.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to £29,000.00 per year
