Full Time Baker required for Levens Kitchen, Levens Hall

Levens Kitchen are currently looking for a Baker to join our brilliant and expanding catering team covering seven days per week, working DAYTIME ONLY

Levens Kitchen opened in March 2019 serving bistro/high-end café food and has already proved a huge success. The business offers lunch service along with drinks, cakes and takeaway throughout the day. Due to increasing demand we have this year expanded our catering provision with a new bakery. The bakery produces cakes and bread for takeaway and for sale within the restaurant.

Work will be split between 2 shifts on a rota basis - 7.30am to 3.30pm and 9am to 4pm
- Assist with all hot and cold food preparation working with more senior chefs where appropriate
- Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Assist with deliveries and stock rotation
- Have a willingness to learn with a positive attitude
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food hygiene
- Work in an efficient and orderly manner
- Help organise and maintain work areas, coolers and storage areas
- Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate

The pay range is the current range and will be reviewed again from April.

**Salary**: £23,205.00-£26,880.00 per year
