An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a small, growing HR Consultancy.

At Lansbury HR, our clients know that they can rely on us for advice and support no matter what the requirement.

We provide tailored HR support, coaching and training to our local business community in Swadlincote, Burton-Upon-Trent, and Ashby. Although we are based in the Midlands, we also work successfully with businesses across the UK.

We often work as an extended part of the in-house team. Clients call upon us for ad-hoc support, as well as retained HR services. We take the time to understand our client’s business and tailor a personalised HR service.

What you’ll be doing as the HR Consultant:

- Partnering effectively with our clients to deliver a high-quality HR service
- Compliance - Ensuring our clients have the correct contracts, policies and procedures
- Employee Relations - Advising, guiding and coaching our clients on various issues
- Drafting contracts, policies and procedures and bespoke letters for each ER case
- Carrying out in-house Training and Coaching
- General HR Administration

What you will bring to the role:

- Experience across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines with an understanding of broad legal implications
- A passion for helping clients implement effective HR/ER solutions
- Ability to lead, and make strong and influential relationships with a broad range of clients is essential
- Be comfortable challenging current practices, and making recommendations for continuous improvement using successful change management
- Experience in delivering in-house Training and Coaching
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills is essential
- Able to work well on own initiative with confidence is essential
- Driver’s licence, commutable distance to Swadlincote, Derbyshire, and access to a vehicle for travel to client’s sites.
- A desire to be an active part of this small team, and to continually seek opportunities to develop the services we deliver, yourself, your professional knowledge, and the wider business
- Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) or equivalent is highly desirable.

Pay: £12,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week
