**Job description**

DIGI4U LTD is a fast-growing E-commerce company based in Cardiff. We are seeking Livestream Sales Host to join our team on a permanent basis. This will be a varied role and will keep you busy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute entertaining and engaging videos
- Create shoppable video on TikTok, engaging with viewers in real-time, introducing and promoting our product
- Interact with viewers through chat, answering questions and responding to comments
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and topics to provide relevant and exciting content and product selection ideas
- Daily operation: Product listing, influencer outreach, pre-sale and post-sale customer service.
- Monitor sales analytics to track viewership, engagement, and growth
- Build great relationships with teammates, influencers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using live streaming platforms and related tools
- Passionate about 3C products and current trends
- Knowledge about our product and customers demand
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with unique ideas for live streams
- Proven experience as a Tiktok marketer or similar role
- Ability to engage and entertain an audience through live interactions
- Familiarity with retail math is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
