Forward Role are working with a leading Global Retailer who are changing the course of retail through their digital revolution and inimitable store experiences. They boast the world’s best sports, premium and luxury brands globally and are now looking torecruit a CRM Manager to develop and implement the CRM Strategy across two of its major Fashion divisions.

The role will collaborate cross functionally with Trading, Marketing, Brand, Creative and Technology teams to ensure strategy alignment. This role requires a good understanding of how to use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, your day to day tasks will include:

- Responsible for managing a team of CRM Executives across two Fashion divisions
- Responsible for managing and supporting the team with an ongoing test and learn plan to continually improve CRM communications
- Responsible for working with the team of CRM Executives on the optimisation of all CRM activities across the group
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on CRM campaigns and database performance, feeding results back to the wider business
- Responsible for maintaining legal compliance of the customer database
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners to ensure strategy alignment
- Identifying new innovative opportunities and industry leading CRM strategies

**What you will need**:

- As CRM manager you will have previous experience in a similar role working with customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity
- Strong leadership skills and management experience
- Broad knowledge of CRM platforms/ESPs/marketing automation programmes
- A self-starter mind-set, with the ability to work under mínimal supervision and guidance
- Results driven and delivery focused. Enthusiasm, energy and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams
- Highly numerate with the ability to manage, manipulate and gain meaningful insights and actions from large data sets
- Excellent communication skills
- Educated to degree level
- Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation
- Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential
- Strong project management - ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time
- Commercial thinker with a strong affinity for product and upholding brand image and value
