Health and Wellbeing Coordinator

Orchard house is a 44 bedded private care home situated in the scenic views of the Clydeside valley. we are looking to to recruit a Wellbeing Co - Ordinator to join our friendly team.

If you are someone who has the ability to work within a team and to be able to produce creative activities to meaningfully engage our Residents to further enhance their life, then we would love to hear from you.

The role of wellbeing Co-Ordinator involves:

- You will be responsible for organising and creating a varied activities programme

*Developing meaningful person-centered plans for daily activities

*Referring to relevant documentation relating to resident's individual personal needs

*Liasing with community groups to ensure that resident's have access to clubs and activities outside the care home

*Plannning outings including

*Being creative in sourcing and interesting and diverse entertainers

*Liasing with resident's, relatives and other member's of staff in order to deliver the best service to our residents

You will be responsible for organising and creating a varied activities programme, from organising hobbies to group events, all of which will promote independence, choice and dignity for our residents.

You will get to know our residents, their interests and life stories, so you can deliver events that truly enrich their lives and ensure they feel connected with their community.

*OWN TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED DUE TO LOCATION*
