In short, your role within **Jungheinrich** will play a crucial part in providing the customer with complete peace of mind in managing their intra-company logistics.
**Role Purpose**:
- Develop and take ownership of several key areas of UK-wide Customer Service related to indirect turnover realisation, as well as cost saving opportunities. Assess processes and outcomes to identify improvements.
**Role Responsibilities**:
**Invoice check**
- Manage the daily invoicing controlling and correction process. Identify errors and facilitate their correction. Proactively prevent errors from happening by communicating directly to Engineers, Administrators and Area Service Managers
**Manage the Excess Hour Process (UK-wide & ad-hoc basis)**
- Coordinate UK-wide excess hour controlling through a monthly process, ensuring information is created and communicated to all relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, assist with ad-hoc excess hour report as required
- Manage the above through documenting, following up, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the maximum benefit of excess hours is realised
**Contract database (annual price rise)**
- Take ownership of the contractual price increase process
- Maintain and update a contract database
- Send out customer notifications and deal with / escalate customer enquiries to resolve these queries in an efficient way
**Service smoothing**
- Analyse the maintenance frequency and set changes in place to save costs across the contract base
- Regularly analyse the operative completion of routine servicing and maintenance and check if technical mandatory intervals are being followed
- Regularly analyse planned maintenance times and adapt the processes accordingly
**General TO or cost opportunities**
- Help identify other turnover prospects, or cost saving opportunities
- Continue to develop all the above-mentioned topics, setting objectives whilst monitoring and evaluating the performance
**Other tasks**
- Assist with master data maintenance and cleansing
- Actively promote the importance of Service into all organisational levels
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Team Leader - Reporting & Administration.
**Role Requirements**:
- Excellent IT skills, highly proficient in Excel, SAP BW / AfO, SAP
- Good proactive, can-do attitude
- Great eye for details
- Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication skills
- Full understanding of the after sales organisation and the understanding of Full Service products
