**HR Advisor**

**(Location: Gosport, Hampshire/Hybrid)**

**The function**:Our Human Resources Department is seen as a solution provider in all people related matters, both as a “go to” for management and by employees needing support.

**The role**: We are looking to appoint a HR Advisor to be based at our Head Office in Gosport, Hampshire, to strengthen our capacity and capabilities as the organisation is now in a period of growth, including overseas facilities.

This newly created role is responsible for supporting the HR Manager in delivering a full range of HR services, in its broadest sense, across the organisation. This will include being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide timely, effective day to day support to the HR Manager and HR Director.

There will be a requirement to travel to other sites in England and Scotland, therefore you will need to have a full (preferably clean) driving licence.
