Trainee Sales Negotiator

Our client is an **award-winning independent** **estate agency** and is currently looking for a **Trainee Negotiator** to join their team. The role will be based in **Horsell** **which is continuing to go through rapid changes, with **major investments and new builds in the area**.

**You do not need previous experience** within the property industry as the company is **willing to train and develop** an individual looking to start their career and who is** focused on being a successful estate agent.** **To be considered you should have a **sales or customer facing background** and possess **first class customer service skills.**

The** salary package** for this role will include a **basic plus on target earnings** in the region of **£25,000 in your first year.
