I am working with a large Water contractor and they are looking for a Scheduler to join their team based in Durrington. You will be responsible for dispatching Technicians in a timely manner and ensuring response times are met.

Please note that there would be a shift pattern:

- Week 1: 7.00 am - 3.00 pm
- Week 2: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
- Week 3: 3.00 pm - 11.00 pm
- 1 in 10 weekend on standby

**Responsibilities**:

- To dispatch reactive and non reactive work to the Technicians in your area ensuring that all response times and RBD’s are met where possible.
- Keep day sheet/standby sheet updated.
- Contact customers within 30 minutes and provide continuous updates.
- Monitor and close work orders promptly.
- Update systems and manage cancellations.
- Liaise with County Customer Team Leader regularly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durrington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
