**This position is a telephone-orientated role**:

- **8 weeks in office training**:

- **Hybrid working on completion of training**

In this position, you will act as a call handler dealing with calls regarding complex issues flagged by the clients and high-profile stakeholders - taking personal responsibility to see issues through to resolution, ensuring the appropriate outcome.

As you'll be representing the company in a senior capacity, you should have proven experience within a client-facing environment.

Training will be 8 weeks office-based, before reverting to hybrid - 1 day in 4 days out.

- **Been able to manage expectations of clients - delivering good and bad news**:

- **How do you approach tasks that you haven't performed before, and how do you overcome this**:

- **Times when you've gone above the standard for a client to reach the desired outcome**:

- **How do you manage high workloads, and when you aren't able to complete all your tasks, what actions do you take?**:

- **You must also be able to demonstrate self-awareness - how do you describe yourself, and how would others describe you? What areas are you looking to develop yourself in, and have you taken any septs towards this already?**
