- Customer Support Area Standards
- Sales Activities

Operational efficiency/SOP
- Delivers customer support excellence and operational efficiencies through collaboration with sales associates team
- Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
- Use replenishment tools effectively to ensure compliance of replenishment unit target (RUPH)
- Escalates issues to more senior team members

Leadership
- Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
- Demonstrates an understanding of the RL Way & CFA’s
- Is a Team Player
- Communicates Effectively with Colleagues & Managers

Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
