Mobile Cleaner

**MOBILE CLEANER**

Working at various sites & locations.

The hours are varied and will involve some early starts, evenings, and weekend work and on occasions this will include covering cleaning, staff holiday or sickness when required.

**Key Skills Required**
- Experienced in all aspects of Commercial Contract Cleaning.
- Have a good understanding and working awareness of relevant Health and Safety procedures and COSHH.
- Complete monthly audits, start up new contracts, complete staff reviews and accident reports.
- Can lead and manage a team of 45 staff members.
- Communicate well with staff, clients and management team.
- Can safely work without direct supervision and have a "can do" attitude, and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
- DBS certificate is essential.
- Full UK or EU driving licence (with no more than six points).
- To cover the cleaning when staff are sick, on holidays etc.
- We will provide you with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop.
- Ongoing in-work training and the opportunity to progress as the company grows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
