**Role**:Supply & Inventory Analyst
**Role Type**: Temporary - 6 Months + possible extension
**Location**: London St. Pancras - 3 days p/w on-site / 2 days working remote.

We look to ensure supply and availability of medicines via our NDC and Agency partners to all customers of the UKMC. Products must be supplied and managed in compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines. Processes and policies for inventory management also support thestrategic and commercial objectives of the UKMC.
**Your New Role**
- Responsible for stock / inventory management processes and systems with regards to the supply of products to Agents and end customers of the UKMC
- To ensure and maintain balanced and compliant stock holding across the Distribution Centre (Movianto) and at all Agent depots
- Support core inventory processes: Stock reconciliation; discrepancies management; stock losses and gains & agent claims
- Collaborate with SCL / Senior Supply and Inventory Management Analyst to ensure demand & environmental changes are highlighted to maintain high customer service levels
- Provide Inventory input as required for monthly/weekly Sales & Operational Planning / Joint Operational Committee / Supply Chain Team meetings.
- Monitor stock movement interfaces daily, to ensure all movements are completely processed in a timely manner
- Review and comment agenda for Weekly Supply Review Meeting with Ops for UKMC
- Support communication in Supply and Inventory Management issues both internally and externally, maintain effective communications with Distribution Centre and Manufacturing sites
- Support Customer Service Team to ensure they have the most current inventory related information for communication to customers & assist where necessary in call handling
- Responsible for execution of all inventory related reports in line with agreed frequency schedule and made available to the entire team
- Actively seek to minimise levels of stock write off through proactive product management (Life cycles and Pack changes)
- Support Senior Supply and Inventory Management Analyst for all Reactive Supply management tasks
**Essential Skills**
- Inventory Management / Supply Chain Experience in Pharma / FMCG
- Highly numerate
- SAP experience would be an advantage not essential
- Highly developed Excel skills + advanced IT literacy
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Management and development of processes
- Analysis of data and trends in data sets
**Desirable Experience**
- Pharma industry experience (operations/manufacturing)
- Competition Law experience/knowledge
- GxP knowledge = Good Practice
- Project management - Understanding
