- Provide feedback to staff regarding their performance
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide information about products and services to customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our point of sale system

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Recommend and display products which match customers’ needs
- Manage and lead our restocking and inventory processes
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve issues promptly including returns and exchanges of products
- Exchange information with other team members and provide handovers for other team members and/or management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Sales management skills to drive revenue growth
- Organizational skills to maintain product displays and inventory levels
- Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Basic administrative skills for processing transactions and paperwork
- Team management abilities to collaborate with colleagues effectively
- Computer literate and familiar with point of sale systems
