You'll need...
- Proven interpersonal skills - able to develop good work relationships, enjoy meeting and working with people at all levels and from diverse walks of life.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure while remaining welcoming and friendly to customers
- Proactive
- Experience in working with a fast paced, customer focused environment.
- Basic food hygiene certificate

**A bit about the role**:
We are looking for a Barista to deliver the day to day operation of the coffee bar. Including the making of a range of coffee bar drinks, some food preparation, restocking, delivery of goods, ensuring its smooth running, excellent delivery of this service to all customers whilst creating a strong community feel.

This is a zero hours contract where you are paid for hours worked. The contract offers flexibility with periods of non-working. There will be a combination of compulsory and flexible hours that you will be required to work. You will be required to cover for employee sickness absence, annual leave and any other absences. **Please note that you must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week (Weds-Sat) with possible overtime.**

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check.
