Lairage Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Lairage Operative** to join our team in Spalding.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Intake of livestock in accordance with Company’s procedures
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Completion of paperwork for transport and Animal Welfare.
- Working in line with Company Procedures, Customer and Legal Standards.
- Carrying out various checks to ensure full compliance.

Key information:

- ** Shift Pattern mainly Monday - Friday (45h a week) **but flexibility is required to work occasional weekends paid at Premium Rate
- Basic Rate of pay **£10.62 - £12.93** depending on experience plus discretionary **Daily Bonus** boosting your weekly wage.
- ** Overtime & Weekend call outs paid at Premium Rates**

Applicants should have good verbal, written and numerical skills, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
