Assembly Operatives

South Molton

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.45pm

Friday 8am to 12 Noon

Temp to Perm

PAY £10 ph

Overtime

Immediate start

Job Summary:
To assemble parts in accordance with drawing and quality requirements

Key responsibilities
- Assembly
- Testing
- Soldering (training available)
- Check accuracy of parts using appropriate measuring tools
- Take corrective action to rectify errors
- Cover and adapt to work in different areas as required
- Application of lean principles/tools, 5s, TPM, Error proofing etc
- Assist in achieving and improving process times

Experience Required:

- Knowledge of basic shop floor measurement techniques
- Knowledge of LEAN / 5S / Seven Wastes etc
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and Instructions
- Training will be provided

Qualifications required
- GCSE’s preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
