**OUR INTERNSHIP**
Our 12 week Summer Internships, based in Aberdeen, are a great opportunity to get a taste for working at TotalEnergies and get hands on experience within your field of interest. The programme’s design is multifaceted, ensuring that you receive the opportunities and support needed to develop on a personal and professional level. These include learning workshops, networking opportunities, training sessions and if operationally viable, a site visit.-

As a TotalEnergies Intern, you will be joining our Exploration & Production Branch to help play a part in our journey to net zero.

**THE POSITION**

Our international presence provides a number of our personnel with the opportunity to pursue an international career. This internship will provide a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into the function of international mobility within the HR team. Its’ primary aim will be supporting smooth arrival and onboarding as well as departure and offboarding of international assignees across all UK entities during the peak summer period for our inbound impatriates and outbound expatriates.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

- Providing a friendly and supportive service to our different assignee populations.
- Working in a fast-paced environment assisting with responding to pre-arrival queries, conducting first-day inductions and providing post-arrival support.
- Simplification and streamlining of our working processes seeking to digitise/automate wherever possible.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy being challenged and embrace opportunities. Our core values are at the heart of everything we do and it is important that you identify with them. We are looking for students who are:

- In the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree (graduating in 2024) Studying Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, International Relations or French
- Available to work in our Westhill office, situated just outside Aberdeen, during the summer months (June to end of August)
