**About Us**
Kingswood Surgery is a busy GP practice. We are based in a modern purpose-built building with good facilities for patients and staff.
A part-time position has become available for a Medical Receptionist/Prescriptions Clerk. This is a position which is well suited to an individual who is friendly, organised and self-motivated.

**About the Role**
Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolving patient enquiries/issues with a 'can do' attitude.
Answering patient queries face to face and over the telephone.
Making appointments.

**About You**
Essential:
Professional and approachable manner.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated and prepared to take responsibility for tasks/problems and see them through to completion.
‘Can do' attitude.
Computer literate.
Must be flexible and able to cover for staff sickness and annual leave.

Desirable:
Experienced SystmOne user.
Experience working in a GP surgery or other health organisation.
