**Sales Advisor/Account Manager**

Do you like helping customers and getting to know them and what they do?

Do you like to learn new things and have the opportunity to suggest how we shape the team and how we do things ?

If you like the sound of that come and join our digital team in Leeds city centre. Its hybrid working 2/3 days a week following training and induction to the team.

**What the day will look like**:
The role is all about the customer - understanding what they need and helping them get it.

We want our small /medium businesses to get the support they need to pick the right product for their business and make sure when it comes to renewal, they don’t want to go anywhere else.

You will have your own pipeline of customers that you will manage and follow up as part of your daily role.

- Great communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers and objection handle

- Sales experience beneficial but not essential
