We are offering a very competitive basic salary + excellent uncapped commission pay, superb benefits and working hours, including 2PM finishes on Fridays to start the weekend a little earlier (and we like our team to go home on time).

*Working hours are 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 2pm Fridays (35.5 hours per week).

**Key responsibilities & accountabilities**:

- Administrative duties that include (but are not limited to) CV editing, compilation of written feedback / references, job adverts.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Strong communication & interpersonal skills**: As a recruitment associate, you will be interacting with a wide variety of people. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build rapport easily with others.
- **Organisational skills**: This role requires the ability to manage multiples tasks and priorities, being able to manage your time effectively.
- **Adaptability**:The recruitment landscape is constantly evolving, and as a Recruitment Associate, you will need to be able to adapt and adjust your approach as required.
- **Goal oriented**: In addition to the above, it is important for a Recruitment Associate to be goal-oriented and results-driven. The role involves actively searching for and attracting top-talent, and it is essential to have a clear understanding of goals and targets.
