**Head of Production / Project Management**

- 5+ years' experience in project management - must be agency-side
- This is for those who think smarter and not harder
- Remote / Hybrid role - We only really need to see you a few times of year so we don't forget what you look like
- We have newly refurbished offices based in Worcester

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

You will be responsible for ensuring that everything is delivered on time, to the highest quality and within budgets. You will use your detail orientated approach to ensure that no aspect is forgotten or left behind, ensuring projects are completed and ourclients are happy. This means you will sometimes have to have difficult conversations with the team, to kick them into gear and this can't happen if you're one who turns away from confrontation. Ensuring we are not over capacity and our staff are within theirmeans, you will be scheduling shoots, resources and everything in between to make their job as easy as possible. Directly line managing the development project manager you will ensure he has full control over the processes that side of things, there's no timeI in team The team need to be nurtured and mentored, so treat them softly.

**YOU WILL NEED**
- 5+ years' experience in project management - agency-side
- To be super organised - spreadsheets, budgets and capacity will be your life
- To be able to hold your team accountable
