The post holder will be the CYP Programme strategic lead within Northamptonshire ICB. They will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of the CYP Transformation Programme (0-25 years).

They will lead and oversee planning, service redesign of specific care pathways across the healthcare system and be responsible for the delivery and performance of services across all the CYP programme areas to ensure that the portfolio is governed effectively and successfully delivers the ICB CYP vision and strategy.

They will take the lead on behalf of the ICB for children and young people working within the CYP health and care system alongside system senior leads and partners to collaboratively transform and redesign services and achieve key national and local deliverables for CYP in Northamptonshire.

They will ensure the ICB meets statutory responsibilities and constitutional standards in relation to CYP Mental Health, CYP SEND, CYP Learning Disability and Autism, identifying commissioning gaps in relation to SEND, CYP Mental Health and Learning Disability and Autism for children and young people.

This role will be central to the development of the Children and Young People's Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership (HCP) Transformation programme whereby collaboration and joined up working across organisations will be essential as the system moves into a more mature phase as a Children and Young People's Collaborative for Northamptonshire.
