Title: Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Group Marketing Manager

Location: Dungannon

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 39.75hrs per week

We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams. We currently have opportunities for a Marketing Assistant.

Position Details
- Marketing activities are completed effectively and efficiently, following Company guidelines._
- Digital content management
- Act as liaison between suppliers for various marketing services
- Provide logístical assistance at events such as distributor meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Dealer support
- Keep up-to-date with best marketing practices
- Provide ad hoc administrative assistance for the Marketing department

- Qualifications:_
- Hold a full and valid driving license and have access to a car, as there is a requirement to travel between sites
- Experience in creating and managing digital ads
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills, such as time and project management
- Ability to manage personal workflow to meet deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- A good team player who meets and exceeds team goals
- A clear, concise writing style
- An eye for detail and the ability to maintain a very high level of accuracy
- Ability and willingness to be a positive, contributing, and adaptable member of the team
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Desirable Criteria_
- Proven experience in marketing and/or sales would be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Web maintenance / e-marketing experience, with a good working knowledge of social media marketing
- Broad knowledge of SEO
- Proficiency in another language
