Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a finance organisation in Manchester City Centre.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Chasing debts with existing clients
- Assisting with month end data reporting
- Managing your own portfolio of clients
- Agreeing repayment plans where appropriate
- Building relationships with clients and updating regularly
- Adding new client details to the internal system
- Escalate any issues
- Any other tasks as required
- Previous experience in a credit control role
- Good understanding of Word, Excel and CRMs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with a varied and busy workload
- Good attention to detail
