Commercial Officer

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role within our dynamic team? We're seeking a Commercial Officer to join us and report directly to our Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in tender responses and contract compilation.
- Monitor data and compile reports using extracted raw data.
- Convert data into management information, including route revenue, costs, and vehicle mileage reports.
- Liaise with Local Transport Authorities, Local Authorities, stakeholders, and internal team members.
- Maintain excellent communication and meet deadlines effectively.
- Support in delivering customer communications.
- Aid in managing changes to schedules and assisting with route profitability analysis.
- Provide assistance to team members and contribute to various projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience with scheduling packages, TransXchange, and EP Morris systems preferred but not essential (full training provided).
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
